Banner Ad Design Brief

I am just launching a new divers watch called the Oceanarc Series One. I require a banner ad for a popular watch website. As my watch is very bright I want it to show this by transitioning from its normal view to a lowlight view where only the luminous hands and hour markers show. you can see the watch at www.oceanarc.co.uk to see what i mean.
