Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for the company we are building here in Switzerland: NOBISCUM (which means with us in latin). We are 2 doctors that want to take health to the next level using a combination of ancestral wisdom like lifestyle (physical activity, sleep, stress management, meditation, etc) and nutrition paired with top notch technology like stem cell therapy and genetic analysis. We want our logo to be simple/minimalist, neat and clean, but we are not sure if we want the name in the logo or just an illustration (with or without the name next to/under it).
