I don't have a particular comic in mind. My brain kind of defaults to DC/Marvel style, plus I think the Man of Ass has a kind of "hero" aura to it. Also, the general theme of this story is violence/fighting. Calvin and Hobbes doesn't strike me as the violent comic series lol, but feel free to roll with it if you can pull it off. I'm open to different styles!

I am open to the idea of increasing the budget, as I understand your standpoint about a multi-frame drawing. However, the original intention of this project is to present it as a gag gift (a well executed gag gift, but a gag nonetheless). Being said, I was not prepared to spend several hundred dollars on this project when I posted it. (I considered trying to draw it myself, but figured illustrators could do a much better job in much less time.)

How much extra budget are you proposing? $30, $100, $200? Roughly how much time does such a project take on y'alls part? And yes, please send a sample image.
