Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo design for our Property Development company based in Brisbane Australia called BelRich Property Group. The name BelRich is an abbreviated mash up of mine and my wifes name (Belinda and Richard).
Our company specialises in small property development projects at the moment but we have plans to take on bigger projects as time goes on.
We partner with investors who help fund our deals in return for attractive returns on their investments. We like to think of ourselves as trustworthy yet bold.
Therefore the final design needs to communicate Integrity, Credibility and Courage.
