We need a double-sided trifold informational brochure for patients that will be used to advertise a pharmacy-based nurse practitioner clinic. The clinic would best be described as a "Convenience Care and Wellness Clinic". Bridging Healthcare offers heathcare services for minor health conditions, specialised health screening assessments in lung, heart and travel health, screening and healthcare advice for common health conditions, and advice and assistance with lifestyle modification. The vision for Bridging Healthcare is to provide patient-centred, safe, effective, integrated, affordable and accessible healthcare that focuses on wellness and prevention strategies using a nursing model of healthcare. The brochure will be used to inform patients about the role of the nurse practitioner, as well as some of the services offered by the clinic. The final design should communicate caring, holistic approach, and professional.

- The look for the brochure should be clean, professional and, if using imagery of people, should be Australian in appearance. We should see designs that incorporate the blue and/or purple colours in the attached document.
Should not have
- Information from the above mentioned website should be included EXCEPT for the following information contained under the "Questions" section: "Do you bulk bill?", "How much do your services cost", "What can't you do as a nurse practitioner?", "I'm having issues with the Medirecords app", and "I have feedback about the care...".
- Brochure should not be "cute" or involve stereotypical nursing imagery (i.e. female, in uniforms, etc.)
