Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a travel agency in Cambodia. It has to have the name of the travel agency in Cambodian on it. The text should be around the design like a stamp. In the middle, there should be a vector based logo that has the shape of a Garuda (a mythical bird, see picture attached). We would like to see designs that use the color gold but we are open to suggestions in terms of colors.
