Logo Design Brief

We need a few logo design for a new real estate team in Greenville South Carolina. We are a high tech real estate team that works for a luxury brand (Christie's International). Our Brokerage (Blackstream International Real Estate) is an affiliate of Christies. We are going to be a team that targets mid to high value homes, not strictly luxury...but nothing really low end either. As a real estate team we need to have our Blackstream Christie's logo below it as well. We also would not mind having a few color options to go on different marketing pieces. I will attach a few options for a brand that is currently at our office, and the blackstream | Christie's logo. As far as colors, Blackstream is often black and white only. They have red as an accent or background color at times...so we would like to stay in that theme but stand apart. If you look at some of Damian Hall's stuff that I have attached, we really like how his colors stand out and set him apart...we just do not want to copy him. We like any shade blue's or teal shades if you can bring those in, but open to suggestions on colors. We also have attached a picture of our office and city scape...you can see where are still a very small town, but its very popular and growing now. Our office is just on the outside of downtown, on a road called Stone Ave right off of the interstate that turns into one of the main streets of downtown. I am attaching a logo for one of the luxury neighborhoods that we like, its just a very simple round logo...that could be one way to take it..however I would like a lot more detail than that (so maybe not the best option?). I will also attach a logo for Nick's properties that I had made last year that I liked as well. If there is an option, we would like to purchase a few color options, and maybe even two main logos instead of one. We can start with the plans for the first one, and can go from there.

These cards will be for a team, so we will need to be able to fill one out for 3 or 4 different names and contacts. Typically we have the logo on the back and all color. Our Blackstream business cards would be red or black backed with our logo, and the Damian Hall Group had a flat black back with his logo. Both cards were white faced.
