Logo Design Brief

We are a small company starting with 4 people. We need a company logo for our start up. We are an Automotive Parts Inventory company doing annual audits for automotive dealerships and consulting for these dealerships in this arena. Looking for something Classy and a little modern. I believe the color red should be part of it. Design can be simple. First run business card attached. Not sold on the badge design. We may be removing the LTD status later this year.
