Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new asset manager called "Harpia Kapital". The company focuses on real estate investments in Brazil. The logo should appeal to international investors and should transmit seriousness, professionalism, and sophistication. "Harpia" is the name of the Royal Brazilian Eagle (pictures attached), one of the largest birds of prey in the world and native to Brazil. As we only invest in Brazil we chose the Harpia Eagle as our symbol. "Kapital" is written with a "K" because the principals of Harpia Kapital are of German origin (Capital is spelled with a K in German) and our investors are predominantly Swiss and German nationals. We would like to have "Harpia" in a first line and "Kapital" in a second line with a representation/ drawing (no foto) of the Harpia Eagle next to the name (left hand side). The logo should be austere and serious. We want to transmit the idea of the watrchful eyes of the eagle watching over the investments. The eagle should not be represented as aggressive or hunting (i.e. in flight). Also we want a full image of the eagle (not just a head shot). The "Generali Insurance" logo (attached) is an inspiration.
