Logo Design Brief

We have an old partnership logo for the community partnership with Herceghalom (Hungary), which is also attached as a file. It shows a heart that is closed down with hands. We now need a modern version. Happy with the two flags of the countries deposited and the two coats of arms in the foreground. Rather like the attached file "Draft Hands". But we are also open to everything else. It is only important that the two coats of arms are included. The mention of the communities and the word "partnership" in German and Hungarian would be good, but not necessarily required. As we celebrate our partnership anniversary next weekend, we urgently need the logo.
