Leading Partnerships is a newly created venture based in Australia, but with Global Ambitions in mind. Our business has been created to support Partners in Professional Services Firms (Lawyers/Accountants & Consultants) to navigate the different stages of the partnership journey through one on one executive coaching. Our point of difference is that our accredited executive coaches are all ex-partners in professional services firms so they've been there and done it. They know the environment, its challenges and the different challenges that face partners at different stages of their partnership career, from transitioning into becoming a partner, to navigating poor performing practices, to moving into Leadership Roles and finally, transitioning on tot he next stage of their career beyond Partnership. The brand and logo design should communicate a premium offering, high end in every way, that is trusted, assured and highly experienced. We are not experimental, radical or flippant. We use tried and tested methods provided by the most experienced and successful people in the industry. We are a safe pair of hands, there to support Partners in optimizing their success and meeting their goals in the industry.
