Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for Real Estate Development /Investment Firm for an established company based in the Chicago land area, serving the United States. We are designing a new website and want the logo to look impactful on blue portion of the photo on the landing page. LINK to web included as well as screen shot in attachments.

Our tag line is "Developing the Future of Health care"

The design should communicate "next generation real estate, very modern, somewhat abstract (fine).

Logo will be in all traditional formats for web and print.

the web design will be in white as it is sitting on colored landing page with no headers. For business cards and all other brand assets color. some competitor/alliances sites to view logos:

The logo needs to look good in white for website (sits on blue background) and then color for other branding items.

Requirements

Must have

• Please ensure you review the website, colors and style. I want a logo that is not cookie cutter and just pulled from stock. I want a color logo for business cards/letter head, etc BUT that can sit white with transparent background on landing page. Logo will sit on blue space of picture shown. Please check rgb from landing page to see correct colors. Image should convey new age/next generation/modern building. Something that leaves a little something to the imagination. Modern, sleek and unique.

Nice to have

• Font to be modern and clean lines. Would be open to seeing an image or design within the name MEDICUS. Perhaps the M or the I taking on some sort of sleek building(abstract).

Should not have

• Please do not just take photostock and change colors. Want something unique and not cookie cutter. No hands holding houses or anything that looks residential. This is high end commercial real estate.
