Logo Design Brief

I would like to create a logo for my real estate business. We own and operate Manufactured Home Communities. The logo will be on our web page, letterhead, business cards, etc. I would also like to be able to use the color scheme and font for the signs at the front of our communities. I would prefer the design to be either blue or green.

Target Market(s)

I would like the logo to be attractive to both residents of our communities as well as owners of communities we might acquire.
