Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a newly created company located in Chiapas, Mexico, called NaBa Goods and Services. In addition to the logo, we need the design of the stationery: business card, letterhead and corporate folder. The company will venture into the real estate and construction industry, focused on the sale, construction and / or development of real estate such as houses, subdivisions, warehouses, etc. The first product that will be released is a subdivision located in the city of Berriozábal, Chiapas, which measures 11 hectares and will be divided into lots of approximately 500 m2 each. Each lot is offered with the "country" concept, in order to build houses of medium, medium-high and high social level. Later, it could continue with land purchases with the same concept, or for housing or commercial developments. In addition, it has contemplated managing the lease of real estate. The company is familiar, the name comes from the combination of the surnames "Natarén" and "Barreras" (NaBa), which corresponds to two of the partners and who are married at the same time. Additionally, there are two more partners who are the parents of one of the first partners. We would like to see creative, eye-catching, modern designs that use combinations of blue, green and white. The final design must communicate confidence, security, capacity and tranquility.

Must have

• My logo must have creativity, show the name of NaBa in a main way and the rest (Goods and Services) in a secondary way. That is, NaBa can be in a larger size for example, or with more striking colors, and with a smaller size Goods and Services.

Nice to have

• Any element that demonstrates that the company will be in the real estate sector and in housing development. Any shape or combination that evokes a house, a building, or a property. It can be abstract.

Should not have

• My project should not have difficult reading letters.
