True to Chi-Rho layout - I also included a sword-like shape in place of the "Rho" running vertically.
Kept the design clean and minimal to help achieve a high embroidered quality.

Your design is very professional, no doubt among the top contenders. I like the fact yours would be easy to manufacture. Is that a photo shopped embroidery picture or did you make a prototype?

I photoshopped a mock up to give you a better visual example.

I've created embroidered logos before so I know that minimal designs produce great stitch results but can be hard to imagine with just a 2D vector design. So added this to show you. just a mock up.
