The logo is currently under construction and therefore have not decided the final shape and form yet. You may just choose any suitable colours for your design. I am sure we can easily adjust your colours to our final logo colours later.

You should increase the budget for this project. It is difficult to provide you with a quality website, especially with all the features asked (which you do not go over BTW). The amount is just not enough versus the number of working hours needed.

The idea is not to provide a full blown website. I just need a design to start with. And then build on with more features if i decide to choose your design. And then of course on separate payment.
