Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my personal branding. Very upscale and modern design. I'm personal chef consultant for private households around the world so design has to be for international use containing my name or initials or both. I would like to implement smoke into it. I am openminded but I would stay away from any adds on to my name, such as fork, chefs hat etc. Needs to be used on white and also black background. Maybe gold? Something that screams upscale, sophistication, and corporate. Thanks
