Flyer Design Brief

I am selling my broodmare at the 2019 Magic Millions Broodmare sale on 30 May 2019. I need a flyer to hand out to potential buyers. I have included the required information in the attached word document. I can provide more images if required. I am thinking that a DL double sided or an A5 will suit best.
