We are a collection of 12 barristers (e.g. courtroom lawyers each conducting our practice, but sharing facilities, branding etc) based in Auckland, New Zealand: http://quaychambers.co.nz/. We want to update our logo for use at our reception and possibly for a website upgrade. The current logo and typeface is dated. We want something that hits the follow adjectives: fresh; crisp; clean; bold; punchy - simple enough that it ages well. We do not want something with a traditional legal (e.g. stuffy, conservative) look.

Requirements
Must have
- The words 'Quay Chambers' and an accompanying logo
Nice to have
- We are open minded. It is unlikely that a vibrant colour scheme will be preferred, in the interests of having something that ages well. Grayscale may be best (but the right colour scheme is not ruled out).
Should not have
- Lady justice, pillars, scales, Times New Roman etc. Nothing boring and cliched for a legal practice.
