Noticed the poor rating, a feedback would be helpful.

Could I ask that you either leave the star-rating empty and eliminate them, or give at least 3 stars minimum, as it affects our rankings here on the platform.

I did not know about the rankings issue. That is very unfortunate since it makes us eliminate designs that have some good elements and potential. I will eliminate anything that I do not think that can be fixed with some feedback from now on. Thanks

Designer can't decide what contest holder to do with submissions.

Contest holder is free to give any star ratings as per his/her likes / dislikes.

You can't ask for leave ratings if it is less then 3. Its against system.

i see u dont understand how its working this kind of site... no problem if the proposal is not fit to u, but if u dont explain what is wrong, the designers are not a soothsayer... personaly i dont know how to read in the mind of the people especially when its a virtual exchange... anyway, if u dont understand its better to give an explaination about what is wrong, i cant do nothing for u

Jeremy, in addition to being rude, you also dont seem to understand that clients are busy and sometimes don't have time to review hundreds of submissions in detail, particularly when sometimes the designer submitting isn't even matching the requirements in the brief which make up the bulk of the work submitted.

Even though it's a big time commitment, I'm trying to reject all submissions that I dont think can be fixed, and keep only the ones rated 3 or higher. I didn't have to do this, but since a lot of you asked, I'm okay with it.
