Logo Design Brief

Create a logo for a real estate investment and development company. Logo should be timeless and classy. I'd like to try to potentially include some reference or link to real estate. The type of real estate is for larger apartment/condo buildings and for investing in all types of real estate.

I'd like to have at least the words Skyline 41 on the logo. We can optionally include Skyline 41 Investments. Possible play would be to do something creative with the "41" or to put something behind the Skyline 41 in the text.

Name came from the beautiful Chicago Skyline so if there's any visible skyline to use please use Chicago.
