Logo Design Brief

We need to create the symbol for the international pharmaceutical conference GMP (http://gosgmp.ru/en/), which is held every year in different cities of Russia.
This year the conference will be held in Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region (you can read more https://visit-kaliningrad.ru/en/charm/sea.php).
Svetlogorsk has access to the Baltic sea. We would like the symbol to be associated with the venue. You can use the wave image in the symbol. Also, we appreciate another ideas.
Please use the logo of the Conference (attached) in the symbol. Last year's symbol are also attached.
