Designers do not need a 1-2-3 stars. Designers strive for 4-5 stars. A high rating indicates that he is close to the goal and he guessed the tastes of the owners. There is no need to give a star rating to each submitted logo. The logo that you give 1-2 stars are not at all bad in themselves. They are made professionally, competently, creative but personally you don’t like them. The most correct thing in such a situation is simply to eliminate designs that are not suitable for you. This is not a school where the designer is obliged to get a low mark for the "unlearned" lesson)).
