Logo Design Brief

I currently have a business that has been established for about 18 years, and the company logo is the same age. I would like to have someone redesign the old logo into something more modern and clean looking. My website is www.onsitecorporatemassage.com.au if you want to have a look at our current colours/styling. The new logo should use the initials OSM for the main part and have Corporate Wellness Specialists (or possibly just OSM and Corporate Wellness if you think that looks/sounds better) included somewhere. I would like the new logo to have similar colours (and possibly shape) to the original, but simplified and more clear. We specialise in corporate massage but have recently expanded to include yoga and fitness to our corporate clients.
