Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new company called 'One Xec'. I provide Executive and Organisational Development consultancy. Providing support from diagnosis through to delivery and evaluation. I would like to use a gold and purple colour scheme, I also like green which is my favourite colour. I chose years ago a graphic of an atom (attached) which I really like because I like it embodies my ethos of small things creating and generating marvellous impact, fluidity, and change. I am not completely fixed on the graphic if you have other ideas. I have played around and came up with the logo attached which doesn't have an atom in but really like the look and feel of it especially the colours.
I would like to use the design once ready on my website, business cards, power point and letter heads. it needs to look good on all technology too.
