Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new card game called 'Florida Man or Fiction'. It will be a comedic card game based on Florida Man headlines pulled from news outlets; i.e. Florida man breaks into Seaworld and rides Shamoo. The Logo for the game will be used on the back of the cards and in marketing materials. We would like to see a design based loosely on the uploaded file. Such as yellow setting sun in the background shining, perhaps with Seagulls and/or Florida palm tree(s) somewhere in there. The 'Florida Man' needs to capture the essence of the fictitious character. In the hand of Florida man, there is a leash that is connected to a gator. We would like to see a proportional representation of the described scene that has humorous and creative tropes attached to the fictional character that is Florida Man
