Logo Design Brief

Option #1 (preferred)We have have attached our 2 current logos we would like to see a brand new design using a mostly text type logo (some graphics) depending on how well it can represent our company. It would be great to have one logo that we can use either black/white or color accents depending on the application. We are a rosin press company, and you can find more info about us on our website in the text logo (www.theju1cebox.com). We would to see designs that use our color yellow (drip on bottom). The final design should versatile, easy to read and convey that we are a rosin company (squeeze plant material and golden yellow drips come out).Option #2 (improve attached text logo)If not a completely new design, then we would like to improve our current logos. We currently have a text logo that we have used for 2 years, and afterwards made a graphic logo. We attempted to replace the "1" in our text logo with the graphic logo, but it doesn't seem to flow well. We would like to remove "the" and ".com" from the text logo. Maybe if the graphic logo was solid black, or if the line thickness were similar, or if we change the juice dripping from the box to the same yellow in the second image. After completed we would like to have both images to be used for separate applications. Ideally we have two logos, The simple text logo with no color and simple logo with yellow accents.Option #3 (improve attached graphic color logo)This logo doesn't flow well, and we also have issues printing on certain applications. The color is perfect but the gradient fill is too much for embroidery and certain printing . It needs to be simplified to be more versatile, we add our logo to many different items (shirts, silicone, hats, metal boxes, stickers, cardboard boxes, glass). This is our lowest priority option but we would be very interested to see a improved version that still represents our company well and is dripping.
