Logo Design Brief

We are an existing mortgage broking company, we are expanding and restructuring, there will be three arms to the new company, one will be Key 2 Invest which will be selling investment properties, the second will be Key to Property management which will handle the management of the investment properties, and thirdly will be Key 2 Finance which will deal with the mortgage brokers side of the company arranging finance for people investing in properties or buying an owner occupied property.

We would like to be able to use the same logo for each arm of the company, so I suppose the (Key 2) will be what we focus on, we would like something that works with each scenario where all we need to add is the Invest / Property Management / Finance, to make it work, but we are open to ideas.
