I need a logo that will go on the cover page and letter of transmittal of commercial real estate appraisal reports. I also need a relatively basic graphic for the cover page. I'm attaching some samples from competing appraisal firms. Also, I'm attaching my cover page and letter of transmittal that is currently devoid of the logo and graphic I need.
