Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our annual Vespa Rally at Lake Constance in Germany. Logo should be with two lines: Old Soul Riders at the Bottom and Coppa di Malaga. In the logo shall be a Vespa from the front: A coupe of icecream - as well as the lake, the mountains and the statue.
