I've can see why you thinks it's broken it's not ...in the back end of wordpress someone has removed or delete the contact forms that's why you are getting the error [contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"] on the home page.

so what you will need to do is create new forms in the backend of wordpress go to the "contact" tab in the left hand bar and create a new form here is a quick demo I found on youtu.be/WJZtHcJU_fI?t=62, once you have completed the form, it will assign you a new number for your form.

Now go to the " pages" tab and depending on how your site was set up there should be a page called either home page, or default etc ....once on that page you will see the code [contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"] under Contact us and join our team just update it to the new number you have just created eg. it will change from [contact-form-7] to perhaps [contact-form-8], hit save and update and this should fix this issue.

I've got your first screenshot of the landing page for you to review. Being a concept/draft it means we can still make modification before uploading the finished product. The screenshot of the layout still has the original logo, but I will have a few up my sleeves that will be more suitable for site.
