Logo Design Brief

Hello,
I need to re design- freshen up my logo. The business has grown and i need something more commercial. I need to be able to have it put on merchandise so it cant be over complicated as it will be put on uniforms, hats, pens ect. The business is for a therapy and counselling so it needs to be approachable for people to feel they can connect. It needs to be light and soft but still bold. Attached is the old logo. We are based in Sydney, Australia. We are open to new colour choices/ concepts. How ever colours need to be calming and NOT red. We use alot of Navy, White, golds also. Open to most fonts as long as they are easy to read. Looking for something creative but still simple. You can play off the word Radiant.... open to peoples interpretations of the word. The business is a clinic for therapy and counselling for all issues.
