T-shirt Design Brief

The state of California with 4 dominos inside the silhouette of the state. The first domino is the back side of the domino with the city name on it (if possible, I need the city texts to be changeable for different cities ) the other 3 dominos face up with the dots representing the area code of the city that’s on the first domino with the area code numbers at the bottom of the state thin out, the dots need to be changeable as well...if that’s something you do?
