Logo Design Brief

We are an eSport club for Rainbow Six Siege. We need a logo for the website and all official tournaments. The logo should look like 'ice' and look like the animal on the picture. Primarily the head of the animal is important and the long 'icy' ears. The logo text is optional, if it looks better without it. The animal should represent a fox.
