Graphic Design Brief

I need a LOGO designed for our 2019 company theme. our business is Real Estate and we want the logo to inspire growth. the Theme for 2019 is ELEVATE and our 3 key words to be highlighted are: Innovate. Collaborate. Engage. We would like the word ELEVATE as well as the 3 dey words to be incorporated. The design theme should be around aviation/Sky/Airlines . Additionally I will need to have a powerpoint template created for use at our State of the Company meeting. The presentation should incorporate the logo and theme. Company colors are RED/BLACK/GRAY/WHITE.
