Newspaper Ad Design Brief

Real Estate Agent, Relatively new to the industry and trying to get her name out into some local community newspapers. Looking to create an ad for a local newspaper. Please see pdf with the ad technical specs/details. Looking for ad size of 1/6 page and 1/8 page ad size. I have also added some stock logos and a copy of her current business card.
