Web Design Brief

We need a website design for an employment agency here in New Zealand.

We have attached a few examples of what other designers have submitted but the client is not exactly happy with the concepts and what came out in the end.

They have given this link for some idea of the sketches look they like: http://www.thisismarvelous.com/artist-fuses-animals-with-nature-pen-sketches/

They have asked to use "maori sketches" in black and white through the website, you can Google "Maori art" or "Maori drawings" to get an idea of the type of drawings that they are.

Please ensure the concept designs incorporate some sort of those maori designs through out the website.

Unfortunately we do not have a lot of copy to work with, but please use filler text and content for areas if need be and we can get extra copy from the client afterwards.

The client does not want people or buildings

Also, the logo should be displayed as it is currently – they do not want to deviate from it.

They also would like Maori type of sketches (in Black and white) the grey colour can be used as a background when you use the logo on the page.

The design must be professional and bold.

The service they offer is all about professionalism.

Please see attached file for the brief of the different sections of the website as well as some examples of the maori designs from istockphoto.

I have also attached another design she liked the look of the most, but se wanted the following changes made to it:

- She does not want the photo at the top with the hand writing, she wants her logo in a watermark format to show there in the background
- She wants where you have those other images in circle, she wants "maori" type designs to be incorporated somewhere there
- She needs the content that we have provided to be all there on the page in the different sections, I will re-send you the content

Please re-submit your concepts based along the lines of that, please ensure the text and content match the sections and I will send to her for final approval.

• You can think about the business, maybe do some of the copy or content as well to make more attractive to the client when I show them
