I recently purchased a dental office in California and I need a logo designed so I can start to re-brand with me as the owner. I prefer simple, clean lines and would like to incorporate my initials, RC, as part of the design. I don’t necesarily want a tooth as part of the logo but if it looks good, I’m open to it. I’m leaning towards grays for a color scheme but don’t want anything too dark.
The office has a long history in the community; it has been owned and run by the former dentist for 40 years. We have great relationships with our patients and everyone is like a family member. This is one of my first steps in the re-branding of the office. There have been no updates/changes made to the office in the past 15+ years. We are a family dental practice and provide care to patients of all ages.
I don't want anything too flashy. I like modern designs but am also rather traditional and would like a logo that strikes that delicate balance. Simple is better for me.
I plan to use the logo for our website (the business has never had a website), business cards, appointment cards, marketing material and possibly part of interior design updates.

Requirements
Must have
- Name of the business (Rachel Callaway DMD)
- Simple, clean design
- Easy to read
Nice to have
- I prefer a design that incorporates the initials: RC
- If a modern-looking, stylish tooth or tooth outline can be incorporated, that would be okay.
Should not have
- Anything that makes us look like a clinic.
- Cartoon-like designs/teeth/drawings.
- Too many colors.
