We are developing an AI-based document parsing software for small and medium-sized companies, that will help them to automate all their invoice, purchase order or expense processing. The software transforms documents to data that can be analyzed, sliced and diced.

Requirements

Must have

• The project needs to reflect the data aspect. We are processing documents that will come out as data. Most customers will use us for invoices, purchase orders and other documents. Therefore, the focus is slightly more on the finance side. Data, finance, artificial intelligence. Color should be like the Rothschild, royal blue. Clean and simple is preferred.

Nice to have

• I like to focus the design on the existing project, e.g. the website www.plusmargin.com which includes the ai and data aspect. Another interesting approach is https://invoice.2go.com which combines expense processing with some cool features. https://hypatos.ai is a nice website as well that represents finance, data extraction and artificial intelligence.

Should not have

• Open for proposals, this has to look clean and professional, not too big and not too many features of the logo are highly appreciated.
