Flyer Design Brief

We need a tri-fold flyer design for our Managed Services IT company. Our website is here: https://washingtonworks.net. While we don't have to match our website we do want to incorporate the logo in the flyer. We would like a flyer that is *very* easy and quick to read/skim over and convey our message.
