Logo Design Brief

My Flooring business is called IMPACT SURFACE SOLUTIONS and I would like to implement a new look logo as I am upgrading vehicle sign writing, business cards and website in time. My business specialises in high end decorative Metallic Epoxy floors, seamless coatings, decorative concrete resurfacing and polished concrete. I will upload my current logo to give an idea of what I have been using..but would like to have a more professional looking logo design to complement my high end market. I would prefer to stick to a similar red colour and similar concept but open to other design/colour/texture ideas. This is mainly an upgrade to what I currently have, and not a complete rebranding of my company so I think I would like some continuity from my old logo to help with the transition, with emphasis on the word IMPACT.
