BigCommerce Design Brief

We are looking for someone who can re-create our website from A-Z and it is fully functional (turnkey). Currently we have a website that we do not like because it is too dark and not easy to use. We would like a more modern, minimalist, elegant, bright and very easy to use. We are also looking for a person who would agree to accompany us in the catalog (with payment in addition to race).
