Logo and Business Card Design Brief

I'm a one-man show, working as management consultant, project manager and offering personal coaching .
The logo should contain my name, and "management consultant" as a subtitle. My aim is to appear professional and kind of exclusive, but in a "casual" and dynamic way.
My aim is to implement new ideas in a holistic approach.
The colours preferred are black and shades of blue and violet, on a white background.

I would like to have a white front, and a creative backside.
it would be awesome it the logo itself can be minted / stamped.
