Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a brand refresh on a company called DSB Claims. DSB Claims are property insurance claims adjustors. They are the first people to come to a residence or business property if there has been an emergency such as fire, flood, tornado or other weather incidents or theft. Anything that would be covered by an insurance policy. They have a response rate of 90 - 120 mins and are available 24/7 - everyday of the year. We would like to keep the brand colours of black and silver. The design should communicate professional, reliable, customer focused. They do like the logo they have but it needs to be polished and more professional. Also open to new options.

40 - 60 mostly male, white collar, manager or business owners of insurance brokerages and of insurance companies.
