Logo Design Brief

Looking for a real estate team logo design for "The NoCo Home Group". We are a newly formed real estate team that emphasizes residential real estate in Northern Colorado. We are part of the EXP Brokerage and as state laws require, 30% of the logo must be the EXP logo and 70% of the logo is our team logo. We have not decided on colors, but would like complimentary colors with the EXP Logo, but also has our logo stand out. I am looking for a HD logo and also a transparent logo that can be attached to video as I host The NoCo Home Show. We need a logo design for real estate that stands our, but is elegant, yet simple.

Requirements

Must have

• The NoCo Home Group to be representative of Colorado and EXP Realty and the attached EXP Logo should be underneath the logo (30% of it). I am looking for a simple luxurious logo that stands out. It should compliment the EXp logo. I really like the Christy Dunfee Group Logo. Simple and elegant.

Nice to have

• Not sure...I am not an artist at all and don't have a vision.

Should not have

• Anything that looks copied.
