Can I make A4 size each page (Front & Back)??

Will this be Booklet Menu with 12 pages??

The Catering menu has to stay letter size paper.
Please be careful about background shading, colouring as this will be viewed primarily online. We want to refresh the headers and layout - very legible - with colour being only on the front page.
