The graphic design project is to create a book cover and potentially an accompanying logo for a book called The Perceptive Leader: A Handbook for Leading in an Environment of Uncertainty. The title is a working title and may change slightly. The book presents 10 capabilities that organizational leaders should have to be able to lead in a world filled with uncertainties. The main themes are the following:• Leaders need to be clear and focused about the overall mission, but also need to make strategic decisions with a diversity of opinions and options.• Leaders must anticipate where they will need to adapt in implementing strategy.• Leaders need to create a culture that promotes trust and agility.• Leaders need to be vigilant and look for early indicators of change. Show intellectual curiosity.• Leaders should be willing to experiment and learn from the experiments.The book is designed as a handbook. This will be a self published business book.The below graphic provides what are the key concepts representing each letter of “PERCEPTIVE”. The right-hand column provides key words / phrases associated with the concepts.
