Logo Design Brief

Develop a logo for our new practice. It is an Infectious Disease practice offering patient diagnosis, treatment and disease management regarding general infectious diseases, HIV. Want to make a logo that give a soft, gentle, zen impression. LGBT friendly. Prefer colors of white, grey, black and soft pastel color for accent. The uploaded file is a chemical structure of a beta lactam ring which is the core structure of most antibiotics, which I would like to be integrated in the back ground with gold metallic font.
