Are you able to make this red where the silver is and royal blue where the blue is? Thank you!!

A few things here.
Is there a way to put the logo on a white background?
Can you make the blue more royal blue to navy?
Also, we will ultimately like 2 different versions of the logo. The current one you have designed. Plus, we will need one to use for our signage out front of our building. For the second version, Are you able to move the Reliable Property MGMT to the left of the Texas? We are wanting something more of a straight line.
