I am in need of a logo for my company, "Executive & Administrative Services," and a similar branding for its subsidiary, "Meeting Needs." In other words, the primary logo is for E&A, but I should be able to "swap out" the "Executive & Administrative Services" verbiage with the words "Meeting Needs." It would be even better, though, to have two slightly different logos that are just similar looking. (Hope that makes sense!)
Executive & Administrative Services primarily does Management Consulting, whereas Meeting Needs does more meeting planning. (The Meeting Needs version could be slightly more "playful" if designer has a good idea.)

Requirements
Must have
- Logo should be scalable (look good both large and small) and versatile (be able to be placed on both dark and light backgrounds...or two versions). Must be legible. Upon delivery, the raw files (.psd, .idml, .ai or .eps) will be required.
Nice to have
- It would be nice to have two slightly different logos that have similar branding. Creativity is appreciated! I would like my logo to stand out. Bonus points for two different logos for each company that, put side by side, look like brands from the same company. I am pretty open to design ideas (e.g., emblem logo vs. wordmark logo) as long as the the final product looks professionally designed.
Should not have
- Should not have too many small details or lines that would make an image or wording hard to see/read when shrunk.
